About Simple to Be

Simple to Be is a holistic physical therapy practice based in Phoenix, Arizona, founded in 2016 by Dr. Suzanne Kessner. The practice serves individuals of all ages—from pre-birth through end of life—through a whole-person approach to healing.

We help the body release abnormal tension that contributes to pain and dysfunction using individualized, hands-on therapies. Our approach supports the integration of body, mind, and soul, while encouraging the often-overlooked art of simply “being” present throughout the healing process.

Testimonials

When I gave birth to my daughter, I mildly dislocated my pelvis. I could not walk without crutches, and my daughter's skull had been squeezed for a long time in the birth canal. Suzanne worked on both of us a week after delivery. When the first session was over, I was no longer using crutches. And, baby girl is doing great.

Chioma M.

Phoenix, AZ

Suzanne worked on me for 2 hours and was able to help with my balance issue and complex migraines. I had been to 10 different doctors and specialists without relief. Suzanne was the only one that helped.

Lake Havasu City, AZ

The treatments offered by Suzanne have helped me regain balance and strength following two leg fractures. Her training and unique ability to sense not only the problem but its source is truly amazing. She is professional and sensitive, treating the mind and body as a whole.
